It’s now December. Thanksgiving is behind us, and the New Year is just around the corner.
Scary, right?!
The holidays can be a tricky time of year. At its best, the holiday season is a great time to rejuvenate oneself. At its worst, it is stressful, and we can’t wait for it to be over.
How do the holidays make you feel? The answer to this question often lies in how you feel about yourself.
When things aren’t going well in different parts of your experience, the added stress of the holidays (organizing, cooking, gift buying, etc.) can put you over the edge.
But when your life is balanced, you can set aside the challenges of the holidays and enjoy the benefits (time with friends and family, delicious food, beautiful decorations, etc.)
So before you get too deep into the season, I encourage you to spend a few moments and take stock of how you are doing personally.
Take this quick and simple 8 Question Quiz
In the areas where you scored low, now is the time to take some simple actions to boost your score and ensure that you're ready to have a good time this holiday season.
Here at MATRIX, we work to give our clients more than a workout or a massage. We want to help you improve your overall sense of well-being and teach you how to keep that for the long term.
