Many people’s fitness plans get derailed by unexpected injuries because they don't fully understand their physical abilities. That's why a personal fitness coach starts with an injury prevention screening. This screening identifies compensations—hidden weaknesses your body has developed over time. These compensations can cause problems when you push your limits. By examining your movement skills, balance system, and vision system, we can identify and correct these issues before they lead to injuries, ensuring you can progress steadily toward your fitness goals without setbacks.

The purpose of this one-on-one 60-minute session is for me to get to know you. During this time, we will:

  • Sit down and discuss your wants, needs, and goals.

  • Review your health, exercise, lifestyle, and nutrition history.

  • Conduct an initial movement assessment to see how your body is currently moving, with a focus on areas that were previously injured or have current limitations.

  • Investigate brain-based body systems that influence your movement skills.

The information gathered during this session is essential for personalizing your program. This is where we start if you are looking for one-on-one fitness or semi-private training.

You will receive a summary of the session detailing what was discovered and offering you simple solutions to try.

One-on-One FITNESS COACHING

WORKS BEST FOR: Individuals with special circumstances (such as injuries or physical limitations) that necessitate dedicated, one-on-one attention. Our program is also ideal for those who are new to exercise and strength training and require personalized guidance. It's also perfect for those who prefer private interaction during their fitness journey.

Experience 55 minutes of dedicated training, pricing as follows:

  • 4-Pack: 1 Session per week (4 total) – $285

  • 8-Pack: 2 Sessions per week (8 total) – $551

  • 12-Pack: 2 Sessions per week (12 total) – $798

Semi-Private COACHING

WORKS BEST FOR: Individuals without special circumstances or limitations requiring one-on-one attention and those who have some experience with exercise and strength training programs.

Enjoy the energy and motivation of training in a group environment while benefiting from customized programming and personalized coaching.

Experience 45 minutes of coaching, pricing as follows:

  • Single session: $30 per class

  • 4-Pack: 1-2 Sessions per week (4 total) – $99

  • Packages automatically renew.

Sessions Include:

  • Classes tailored to the wants, needs, and goals of the group

  • Personalized coaching in a shared training environment

  • Maximum 5 participants per group
