→ PAIN SCREENING

You may not know this, but pain is just a request for change—a conscious output of the brain designed to get you to alter your behavior. Sometimes, pain is due to a specific event or injury (acute pain), while other times, it lingers long past the healing process (chronic pain).

This diagnostic will help identify what action your nervous system is looking for. We’ll review sensation, range of motion, muscle strength, and tissue restrictions, and you’ll receive a report with simple strategies to help reduce or eliminate your pain.

→ MOBILITY SCREENING

Your ability to move defines what you can do in this world, and moving well allows you to do what you love without risking injury. Whether playing sports, engaging with your kids, or enjoying daily activities, basic functional movements are essential.

We will screen these fundamental movements, including your walk, and assess muscular imbalances and higher-order brain systems. This will help identify simple exercises that can quickly improve your movement and overall function.

MOBILITY SCREENING (30 MINUTES) - $55

Balance is more than just standing on one leg; it’s about being stable when standing still and moving. Three systems keep you stable: proprioceptive (sensation from joints/muscles), vestibular (inner ear), and vision. These systems must work together to keep you upright in all situations.

This screening investigates all three systems to identify where to focus your training. You’ll leave with specific exercises tailored to your needs and skills, helping you improve stability and prevent falls.

Seeing clearly involves much more than reading letters from a distance. Your eyes need to jump to and follow targets, focus on objects both near and far, and maintain clarity during movement. These skills are crucial in everyday activities like driving, where quick, precise eye movements are essential.

This vision screening can identify any compensations in these areas and provide targeted exercises to strengthen them.

VISION SCREENING (30 MINUTES) - $55

WORKS BEST FOR:  Individuals with specific health concerns identified during screenings who benefit from personalized, one-on-one attention rather than attempting to address these issues on their own.
