SMART Yoga is an intelligent way for anyone, at any level, to enhance their practice. Each class focuses on one body area & blends in simple, brain-based moves to help you improve performance and overcome obstacles— safely.

Shane is a 500-ERYT through Yoga Alliance and teaches an all-levels class inspired by Shiva Rea’s Prana Vinyasa Flow. This is a very fluid style of Yoga designed to continuously circle back to different variations of similar poses. This process allows beginners to experience simpler poses multiple times while more experienced practitioners can continually progress into deeper, more challenging positions.
