Nagging joint pain. We all have to deal with it sometimes. It can show up as a stiff neck, a knee, a shoulder, a wrist, or even your low back. No matter where you feel it, it’s annoying and can keep you from doing the things you want to do.
While these problems could have many different causes, the solutions usually start with movement. But if the joint hurts to move, where do you start?
This video series will teach you a “Neuro-Trick” that might help you reduce or even eliminate your joint pain.
The important to remember is that this “trick” is not the solution, but a starting point. Once you can move well again, then you have the opportunity to do the exercises that will make the change permanent.
