QUESTION:
I liked the air hunger drill. I will use that one whenever I can.
My question.....I am ALWAYS told to breathe whenever I exercise. Should I practice "Air Hunger" when I exercise? Or, is "Air Hunger" just another tool to practice, like push ups, crunches, jumping jacks, etc., but breathe when you normally exercise?

It’s just a tool. I believe I mention in the video that 3 rounds are enough to create the effect you're looking for. Beyond that, you're only limiting your output capability which is not an effective way to maximize your results from exercise.
