Question:

My question concerns the CO2 exercise. I can breathe into the lunch bag for about 2 minutes before I feel the need to get out of the bag and take a deep breath. Which, if I understand you correctly, is about right? My question to you is, should I continue this exercise daily to maintain my CO2 sensor or not? Maybe once a week? Or, just leave it alone? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Great Question! You certainly don’t need to do this every day unless you wanted to increase your capacity for some reason. When you’re in the right ballpark and without a specific goal, this is an exercise to check back in on every now and again. I’d say once every week or two. I hope that helps!
