Meet the Team

  • Shane Sauer

    Shane is a 500-hour certified instructor, who teaches an all-level class inspired by Shiva Rea’s Prana Vinyasa Flow. This fluid style of Yoga continuously circles back to variations of similar poses, allowing beginners to build confidence with simpler poses while allowing experienced practitioners to progress into deeper, more challenging positions.

  • Katie Tougas

    Katie holds a 200-hour certification from Wild Wisdom Yoga and has also completed the Karma Kids teacher training. She is a certified postpartum nutrition specialist and nutritional therapy practitioner as well as a former third grade teacher. She started Yoga years ago to help balance her athletic life with body awareness. She grew up a national level swimmer and now does any and all exercise. Yoga has been a great tool to her in these endeavors and want to help others find their path.

  • Alicia Fogell

    Alicia Fogell

    Alicia was born and raised in Rhode Island. She describes herself as kind of goofy, loves to go on adventures, and making people laugh is a deep love of hers. She believes in community,  exploration, movement, compassion, and love.   

    She is here to guide others to shift their perspective, cultivate inner power, and teach how to spark and sustain the fires of self expression. Energy work and yoga have been a passion of hers for over a decade. Over the years, she has expanded her knowledge with workshops, travel, courses, and other certifications to evolve and deepen her practices. She has grown to absolutely love leading retreats, and in more recent years, developing her skills as a stretch therapist. 

    She dreams of living a more nomadic lifestyle, bringing her talents around the globe to build & create community. 

mystic Movement

Mystic Movement is a blend of flowing stretches and grounding holds designed to awaken presence, balance strength with softness, and connect you to the elements within and around you. Each class weaves breath, movement, and stillness into a practice that feels both mystical and deeply embodied.

Gentle Hatha Flow
w/ Katie

A one-hour calm and accessible flow for students who value staying active, mobile, and balanced through every stage of life.

This class supports healthy, active aging through gentle strength, mobility, balance, and relaxation in a comfortable, welcoming environment.

Expect a balance of intentional movement, balance, strengthening, and just the right amount of bad puns to keep things light.

Come as you are, move how you need, and leave feeling a lot more centered.

SMART Yoga

SMART Yoga is a thoughtful approach designed for everyone, regardless of experience level. Each class targets a specific body area and incorporates simple, brain-based moves to enhance your performance and safely overcome any obstacles you may face.
