The exercises include a lot of combinations to make this a full body work out:
Legs (Glutes & Quads)
Upper-Body (Push-ups & Back Pulses)
Core (Planks & Bridges)
Arms (Biceps & Triceps)
Cardio (In-place Puff Walk/Run)
